Registration is now open for the Spring Session of our popular Sunday Indoor Volleyball League at Ingraham High School
We use an exciting Round Robin Format each week (your team will play 5 different teams each night during a 2-hour time period for 8 sessions). A lot more playing time than other comparable leagues! There are four levels to choose from. All leagues are co-ed with min. of 1 woman, max. of 4 men on the court.
Time of online registration will hold spot in line, but it only will be secured if full payment is postmarked within 24 hours of registration or received by hand delivery or Zelle within 48 hours of on-line registration time. The team fee is $635.00 (includes sales tax) if paid by Zelle ($645 if paid by check).
Mail or hand deliver checks (hand delivered checks should be in an envelope addressed to Scott Baumler and handed to the Lobby Attendant) to 2821 2nd Ave, #1201, Seattle, WA 98121 (must be in an envelope addressed to Scott Baumler). You can also pay using Zelle by sending payment to [email protected]
The 8 session Spring season will start on March 24, 2024, and end on May 19th with no matches on March 31st, Easter Sunday. All Matches will be at Ingraham High School. Season ends with a Tournament for all teams on 8th session (May 19th).

Start times for this season will be the same as Winter 2024:
Level 1 - 6:45 - 8:45 PM
Open Gym Individual's League 4:30 - 6:30 PM
Levels 2 - 2:15 - 4:15 PM
Levels 3 & 4 - 12:00 - 2:00 PM (may be combined to play in the 2:15 slot)
(Groups may get combined depending on the number of teams that register; times may also be changed depending on the number of teams)
Spring Season starts March 24th & runs through May 19th
(No league games on March 31 - Easter Sunday)
Registration will close midnight March 17th (unless we have an odd number of teams in a group then we may accept a late registration).
All players must fill out the 2024 on-line waiver form prior to participating in their first game in 2024. Waiver only needs to be completed once each calendar year (There is no need to do a waiver again if a participant did the 2024 waiver form). Email [email protected] with changes for players who change teams and have already completed the waiver.
Refund Policy:
All refunds are subject to a $25 handling fee.
No refunds within 2 weeks of the start of the session unless the section you are in is full and there is a team on the wait list that will take your place. (Except payments are fully refundable at all times if there are not enough teams to run the group for which you have registered or it the Seattle School District does not approve the use of their gym by A/E Volleyball)
For those teams who have sent in a $50 deposit to be on the wait list for a particular group prior to the opening of registration, the deposit will be forfeited if a spot is offered in their desired group and they no longer can enter a team in that group.

Please select the level of play that your team desires. If there are less than 6 teams at any level, the levels will be combined for the first time through the roster (about 3 weeks). The combined league will be divided into upper and lower groups with teams able to rotate up or down between the groups.
